POLYURETHAME PARTS POR MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT

On the basis of various grades of polyurethanes, a wide range of units and parts for different machine-building industries is produced:

massive elastic tyres for rollers and guide wheels, reinforced track links, asphalt track shoes, driving wheel rims, elastic elements of suspensions for wheel and tracked vehicles;
tubeless and tubed tyres, elastic caterpillar tracks for mobile robots and excavators;
mobile seals for different hydraulic and pneumatic systems of equipment, transport vehicles and pumps;
large-scaled cups and gaskets for the cleaning and diagnostic pistons of oil/gas pipelines;
different units and parts for food industry equipment; cams, sprockets, elastic tapes of conveyers for filling and sealing machines;
elastic dies for powder metallurgy;
travellers with elastic tyres for metro escalators. Output is 5000 per year.

Parts based on SKU-PPL-100 prepolymer and X diamet hardener are made using two-component scheme by free casting into casting moulds with subsequent polymerization at elevated temperature. Molded polyurethane products are produced by TSHIISM according to TU V3-715-86, Established storage and service life is 10 years, 5 years of them for field conditions. There is an experience of servicing polyurethane products during 20 years and more.
