UNIVERSAL  HEAT- AND SOUND- IUSULATIITG COMPOSITE SANDWICH PANELS

Sandwich panels are made on automated line using an up-to-date technology.They  have an unique combination of structural properties, high thermal and physical characteristics, lightweight and high durability.
Structural sandwich panels are designed for making:
  • interior and explication elements for living, official, trade and other rooms;
  • interior elements for passenger cars;
  • furniture;
  • bodies of transport facilities;
  • isothermal and refrigerator containers;
  • freezing and refrigerating chambers;
  • fence of light-weight metal structures (trade pavilions,  storehouses, hangars, temporary living rooms and other quick-constructed structures.

Fire-protective sandwich panels are used to protect equipment of oil-production and oil-refining installations against fires.


To fabricate sandwich panels, the following materials can be used :
  • Facing layers: 
    • Manminit-type decorative paper-laminated plastic difficult to burn;
    • fiber beaver boards difficult to burn;
    • galvanized sheet steel.
  • Core:
    • various grades of Isolan-type rigid polyurethane foams difficult to burn. 

All the materials used in the structure of sandwich panels have hygienic certificates of Russia's Ministry of Health
