UNIGERM-100

SEALING COMPOSITION FOR REPAIR OF OPERATING PIPE LINES

It is designed to eliminate leaks of vapor, hot water and vapor condensate at temperatures 90oC to 250 oC . UNIGERM-100 allows to perform an urgent and highly reliable repair on operating pipe lines (with pressure to 10 atm) without their turning off or reduction their operating characteristics in accidental leaks of power supply from of flange joints, seats of gland packing of stop valves, joints of the "body-cover" type, in pine blowholes and etc. Repair technology comprises incorporation of Unigerm-100 into the area of vapor or condensate leaking with the help of a screw blower using screwed in unions, bandings, three-way cocks.

Shelf life is warranted for 3 months.

UNIGERM-100 is recommended to be supplied and used (Hygienic certificate # 04K-1722 of 31.12.97, Nizhny Novgorod CSES)
