Anaerobic sealants

A wide range of our activities allows us to fulfil the universal demand of our customers in the shortest possible time reliably and qualitatively. The Institute can offer unique materials the most of which don't have analogues in Russia:
Anaerobic sealants are solvent free multicomponents compositions which can quickly harden at temperature 15o-35oC in narrow clearances at contact failure with fotoair oxygen with the formation of tough polymer layer. Anaerobic sealants are designed for locking, fixing and sealing of various types of connections (thread, flange, cone and flat cylindrical), eliminating micro defects in casting, welds, strong bonding of various parts. For example, anaerobic sealants are used to fix studs of heads, to fasten bearings on the transmission shaft, to lock bolts of the break carriage, to pack plags of the cylinder block, to pack flanges in oil and fuel pipes, to seal moulded pieces of an engine, break and fuel equipment. Anaerobic sealants have a high resistance to corrosive media, temperature drops, vibration, shake, pressure. Application of the anaerobic sealants at the plant allows to reduce the products cost price, to improve their quality, to reduce the waste level, to speed up equipment repair and mounting.

Impregnating sealants

Impregnating anaerobic sealants are offered Impregnating sealants are liquid compositions, which can fill micropores and microcracks with sizes up to 0.1 mm in metal articles and cure in them forming a strong polymer. Properties and application Impregnating sealants are used to eliminate leaks in welds, weld area, foundry and stamped articles, rolled products and others. Sealant is applied on the leaking area or on the whole article surface. Sealant cures either at a room temperature or at high temperature depending on its grade. Anaerobic sealants Anaterm and Unigerm for detachable joints are offered Sealants of Anaterm and Unigerm series are liquid compositions, which can remain in the initial state for a long time, but quickly cure in narrow gaps between metal surfaces forming a hard polymer. Properties and application Sealants Anaterm and Unigerm are used for locking, fixing and sealing smooth and threaded detachable joints. Properties of sealants Anaterm and Unigerm are given in Table.

* Rupture strength Sealant is put on a place of junction by means of a bottle dropper, brush or special applicator. Unigerm-2M can cure at low temperature.
Anaterm-8K can be applied on oiled surface.

Thermoresistant high-strength sealants

Thermoresistant high-strength anaerobic sealants Anaterm are offered Sealants Anaterm are liquid compositions, which can remain in the initial state for a long time, but quickly cure in narrow gaps between metal surfaces forming a strong polymer. Properties and application Sealants Anaterm are used for locking, fixing and sealing smooth and threaded joints, for sealing gasketless and combined joints operating under vibration and impact load at high temperature and in aggressive media. The Institute can offer Manual and semi-automatic weighers for high exact and economic application of sealants and adhesives.
